Is there a run coordinator?

Reason for asking is: Rose and I were thinking of adding a run or two we would plan. Seems all the runs lately fall on dates I can not make; namely 2nd & 4th saturdays each month. So, does someone oversee the runs, schedules, locations, dates, etc...?

Anyone interested in a bar-b-que run to Lockhart?

I talked with Steve and Pat last month regarding scheduling runs. I was told there usually is a planning meeting just after the turn of the year.

Reason for my interest is an overnight run I have in mind come Spring...

(I have a basic framework, but need to flesh out the details such as pricing and route...)

That's true. We do have a planning meeting every January to set up the dates for the majority of our runs but if someone wants to plan and lead a run during the year that is o.k. You might not get 20 Miatas but you'll still have fun.
