Hi there! Lloyd and I are the proud owners of a 2004 Silver Miata with navy accents. The car was originally my Daddy's and he passed on 7/31/08. Daddy was the original ower of the car with 6 miles when he bought it. When mom agreed I could buy it, the car had 3,300 miles on it. Currently we have 5,042 :) The car has been named "Cowboy" because that was the reason Daddy bought the silver and navy. Daddy was a true Cowboy football fan. So far we haven't done much in the way of modification, we painted the calibers and rotors, had a few dents taken out and some pinstripping. We are waiting on the pinstripper to get his Cowboy Star screen print to have it placed on the car. We don't drive the little car everyday but do take it out at least once a week.
On a personal note, Lloyd and I are the proud parents of 3 boys - 29, 22 & 21. The 22 & 21 boys just moved back home. They lived on their own for 2 years and have come home for 6 months to save some money and pay off some of the bills that young people acquire, :) The 29 year old is married and has given us a grandson that is 3.
Lloyd is a forklift mechanic and I am an account manager at Travelers Ins. I am also the president of the San Antonio Work at Home Moms of Texas (www.sawahm.com) and have a couple of home businesses. Lloyd is rebuilding a 67 GMC PU that is also a family heirloom.
Well, that is a little bit about us. We look forward to getting to know each of you and sharing your enthusiasm about the little cars. Natalie & Lloyd
