Lovin' my first Miata!

Hi to all!
Remember that thrill when you got your first Miata and you could put the top down and just tool around? Well I am havin' that big time especially since my first Miata is a great 2004 Mazdaspeed! Thanks to Wally and Susie (and Don - referral) I am enjoying that wind in my hair and learning to deal with my hair (it's rather long) afterward. Yes, I bought a hat this week! :kid:
My daughter, Erin, who is 21, is enjoying "Speedo" as much as I am even though she can't drive a manual yet. My son Sean, 23, is chomping at the bit to meet my great Titanium ride, but he is in Scottsdale for the summer on an internship (computer science).
I am a former English teacher and now an Instructional Technologist at Smithson Valley High School - I help teachers integrate technology into their curriculum and generally play with as many new techie toys as I possibly can!
Hope to meet more of you all soon on some of the get togethers!

Wally and Susie took excellent care of the car and there is no better feeling than driving a turbocharged Miata with the top down. Congratulations, and be sure and join us on our future runs. Welcome aboard. As I am certain you will soon find out, though there are many car clubs around, this is one of the closest and most active.

In that my daughters have long hair, I tend to keep "hair ties" in the center console (along with a brush). This tactic might help solve your (minor) problem.
