any "Mother hen" types organizing foods to bring saturday tech fest?

Hey just wonderin if anyone is co-ordinating dishes to bring for a predicted cool saturday (A former aviator I can't give creedance to a forcast this far out yet).

We usually just let it happen and it always works out. We'll be cooking hamburgers and hot dogs. We always get a good mix of side dishes, salads, and DESERTS!!!
