The Longhorn PCA (Porsche Club) is holding an autocross at Verizon Sunday September 18th 2005. All are welcome.
RSVP to Ron McAtee ASAP! They do not have the 30 confirmed drivers yet. You can get his phone and email from http://www.longhornpca.org/
Drivers must possess a valid drivers license when registering on-site at the autocross. There will be a $30 (per driver) entry fee. Advance registration is highly encouraged. You may register in advance by calling Ron McAtee, (number witheld) or by e-mail: rmcatee-at-satx-dot-rr-dot-com. Once you have completed your pre-registration, please send your entry fee to Ron McAtee, 4702 Bohill St, San Antonio, TX 78217-6501. Make checks payable to: Longhorn Region PCA. Request participants be at the autocross site by 7:30 am for tech inspection, car classification, work assignments, etc.

7:30 am Set-up and course layout
8:00 am Tech Inspection of vehicles, Registration and sign insurance waiver
9:00-9:30 am Drivers Meeting & work assignments
9:30 am Practice Runs with Timed Runs to follow
Shutdown Approximately 4 pm or later, depending on the number of cars and runs.

The Porsche events have much fewer (1/2-1/3) drivers than the SASCA events which usually means more track time. I think someone mentioned that a couple events ago 3 of the top 4 times were posted by Miatas!
