I've been sitting here behind the all-seeing computer and wondering when is someone going to let us know how the Splash 'n' Dash went. This is another event I had planned on being able to go to before my workplace took over my life! It is your inherent responsibility to allow me to live vicariously through the exploits of the people who are free to enjoy their time off by driving their Miata! I know that the Vervack's must have something to report on. Just a hint! It doesn't have to be an extravagant write-up, that can wait for the newsletter, but just some tidbits. Let us know if something funny happened or something bad! If it's not dangerously bad, but humorously bad, then let us know so that we who were not present can be happy that we missed out. Maybe someone got lost. Maybe the heat from the BBQ pit caused the water to evaporate from the pool just as someone was diving in! Maybe someone tried to float their Miata. Maybe everyone was arrested because the local school principal drove by and mistook the Super-Soakers for actual firearms...give me something!!!!!! Oh well, I guess I'll just sit here night after night and bemoan the fact that everyone is off but me and my radiator busted again (yes, the new metal one).
