Annual Planning Meeting
Hi Everyone!
This is a reminder about our yearly planning meeting for 2018 coming up next month on Sunday January 7th. This is where we schedule all of our events for the coming year and add them to the calendar. For you new members, this is a great opportunity to see what will be going on during the year. You will also have an opportunity to fill out your personal schedule so you won't miss a single exciting event during the year. Everyone is encouraged to attend even if you aren't leading a run. We will provide calendars so all you need to bring is a pen or pencil.
If you have never led a run but would be interested, please do not hesitate to jump in! Pick a destination and then plan the route. Your board members are always happy to help if needed. We also have run sheets collected from previous years so you could use those as well. To help you get started we do have a run planning guide, run guidelines, and run sheet waivers posted on the club website.

If you are unable to attend the meeting but would like to reserve a date, please reply to this email with date(s), short run description, and your phone number. You can also email those same details to Dan at president@bluebonnetmiata.org. We will do our best to reserve the date(s) requested. However, if there are conflicts with dates, the president will make the final decision.
